If you have a quick question you need answered right away, Chat Live with a librarian. Hours are: Monday through Wednesday, 9 a.m. to midnight; Thursday, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.; and Sunday, 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Eastern Time.

Do you have a bit more time or a more extensive research problem? Email a reference librarian and receive a response within 24 hours.

You can also speak directly with the Subject Specialist librarian who is best suited to help you with your question, either on the phone or via email.

You can also call the Knowledge Commons desk at 814-863-4547 for assistance 24 hours a day starting 10 a.m. Sunday until midnight on Friday, and then again on Saturday from 10 a.m. to midnight.
